What is Hector?
Hector is a professional photo printer reachable on WhatsApp. Send your photos, add a personal note if you wish, provide the delivery address, pay online, and your prints arrive by mail.
How do I order?
Open WhatsApp, send your photos to Hector, answer a few questions (personal note, address), confirm the total shown and pay online. Your order is only confirmed after payment.
How are my photos printed?
One side is always 15 cm, the other dimension matches your photo's proportions exactly. No cropping : your full photo, as you took it.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from €4.90 per print. The total is calculated based on the number of photos, copies, optional note, number of addresses and shipping. It is always shown on WhatsApp before payment.
What are the delivery times?
Allow 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation in mainland France and Corsica. For international delivery, times and shipping costs are shared on WhatsApp before payment.
Are my photos safe?
Your photos remain yours. They are used only to fulfil your order and kept for a maximum of 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.
A problem with my order?
Contact us at contact@hector.now within 14 days of receipt. If there's a genuine issue, we reprint or refund.
