Hector Photo is a brand of So Facile Service (SAS), a company based in La Farlede, in the south of France.
We offer a photo printing and delivery service, designed to be simple, fast and accessible to everyone.
Our mission: to help everyone turn their photos into printed memories, to give or to keep.
Terms of sale
The terms, made simple.
Service operated by So Facile Service (SAS), 98 avenue de la République, 83210 La Farlede, France.
These terms of sale govern the photo printing and delivery service offered by So Facile Service under the Hector Photo brand.
Any order placed implies full acceptance of these terms.
Orders are placed by submitting one or more photographs, then confirming the format, finish and delivery address.
An order is considered firm once payment is validated.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Payment is made online through the secure link provided at checkout.
Orders are only processed once payment has been received.
Prints are delivered to the address provided by the customer, generally within a few business days after payment validation.
Lead times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. So Facile Service cannot be held liable for delays caused by the postal service.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, which is the case for photo prints produced from customer-supplied files.
Each image is quietly optimised for a beautiful print, without altering its content. Final quality depends on the resolution of the photo provided.
The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the images sent.
The photos and information sent are used only to process and deliver the order. They are never resold.
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us.
In case of a defective print or a delivery issue, contact us via the contact form (email). We commit to finding a quick solution (reprint or refund as appropriate).
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
